plentyONE and plentyShop Ceres integration

Your plentyONE has the answer.
Aidanta gives it a voice.

The chatbot answers questions about order status, payment and tracking with real data from your system — around the clock and in your words. And when your team takes over a conversation, it looks up items, prices and stock levels in the same window.

Order information

The most common questions take care of themselves.

Processing status, payment, tracking: during the conversation, the chatbot pulls the information from your plentyONE and phrases the answer. If asked, it goes back up to ten orders — newest first.

Only what’s actually in your system gets mentioned. If there’s currently no information on a question, the agent says so openly and brings in your team.

Order number, date, amount and the items ordered — without shipping and discount lines.
Payment status with the outstanding balance: unpaid, payment announced, partially paid, paid in full or overpaid.
Tracking numbers including partial deliveries — for DHL, DPD and UPS as a clickable tracking button.
Processing status in the wording you’ve set for it.

Personal answers

Every customer sees their own orders in the chat — and only theirs.

Your customers ask about their order in the chat and get the answer straight from your plentyONE — even on evenings and weekends. Aidanta only shares anything personal once it’s clear the order belongs to the person asking.

Your customer

“I want to know where my parcel is — without having to call.”

She asks in the chat, even on a Sunday evening. Aidanta makes sure it’s her order and tells her where things stand: processing status, payment, tracking number.

She simply keeps asking — “and has it been paid yet?” — without repeating herself.
Aidanta also answers “What did I order again?” — with items, quantities and prices.
If she needs more than an answer, Aidanta brings in someone from your team.
Your team

“I want to take over without starting from scratch.”

When Aidanta brings in someone from your team, everything is already waiting in the workspace: that the customer is verified, their customer number, recent orders and your internal notes from plentyONE.

The customer doesn’t have to repeat anything — the whole conversation is right there.
Only your team sees internal notes — the chatbot doesn’t know them and never passes them on.
One click takes you to the order in the plentyONE backend.
Under the hood

How Aidanta knows who’s asking.

Personal answers only come once it’s clear who the order belongs to. You decide which ways apply.

Logged in to the shop: Aidanta takes over the login from plentyShop — the customer gives neither a customer number nor an order number.
Without logging in, if you allow it: order number plus email or customer number, or alternatively last name and postal code. The answers then cover only that one order.
By email: the sender address is enough — Aidanta matches it to the plentyONE contact.
The check happens in the code, not in the language model — no amount of persuasion helps.
What you can rely on
Other people’s orders stay privateNo one gets information with someone else’s order number alone.
Safe on shared devicesIf someone logs out or another user takes over the same computer, access to personal data ends immediately.
No searching for other customersThe chatbot can’t search by name or address — other customers’ data stays out of reach.
Your shop stays untouchedAidanta reads your orders in plentyONE but doesn’t change anything there.
Sales advice

Items, stock and delivery times, right in the conversation.

When your team takes over a conversation, it searches your catalog right in Aidanta: by search term, item number or barcode. Questions about variants, price and availability get answered without opening plentyONE alongside.

Stock per warehouse — including reserved stock and showrooms.
All variants with their own stock: the answer to “Do you have this in gray?”
Delivery time, price, EAN, sales unit and sales period at a glance.
One click to the shop for the customer’s view, one to the plentyONE backend for the details.
Also available when answering emails, not just in live chat.

Your wording

Internal jargon stays internal.

Aidanta pulls your order statuses, shipping and payment methods from plentyONE into the portal. There, you give each entry a name customers understand and decide one by one which ones the chat may mention. That’s how “NoGo Paypal: initiate shipping” becomes “Preparing for shipment”.

The lists are searchable and filterable, your labels are kept through every update, and changes take effect immediately in ongoing conversations. In the workspace, your team still sees the label it knows from plentyONE.

plentyShop Ceres

The chat lives in your theme — and knows who’s logged in.

For plentyShop Ceres, there’s the “Aidanta Chatbot Connector” plugin. It fits the chat window into your theme and makes sure logged-in customers are recognized in the conversation.

1In the portal, under “Website integration”, select the plentyShop (plugin) option.
2Install the plugin and copy over the three values shown — each with a copy button.
3Deploy the plugin set — the chat is live and knows logged-in customers.

Not running plentyShop? Then the chat is embedded with a snippet, and we can connect your customer login as well. The plugin route is included from the Professional plan up.

Setup

Connected in minutes.

  1. Create dedicated API access for Aidanta in plentyONE — the setup assistant shows the instructions right alongside.
  2. Enter the system address and credentials and test the connection; once it’s up, you move on.
  3. With multiple shops, choose the matching client.
  4. Name status, shipping and payment labels and release them.
  5. Decide how customers without a shop login can verify their identity.
  6. Embed the chat, test it with typical questions and activate it.

The assistant checks the connection before anything is saved and tells you in plain language what’s wrong. No developer needed.

Let us show you the integration on your plentyONE.

Tell us about your product range and your customers’ typical questions. We’ll set up a demo that shows order information and product advice using your own products.
