Aidanta advises your customers using your product data and your store’s content — in the evenings and at weekends too. When a customer needs personal help, your team takes over the same conversation with its full history.

With your product feed, the chat can show suitable items with image, price and link.
Explore product adviceShipping, returns, payment methods, size charts: Aidanta learns from your store pages and documents.
How Aidanta learnsWhen your team is needed, it takes over the conversation — history included.
Explore the workspaceAs with Shopify and PlentyONE, Aidanta is set to answer questions about orders, payment and shipping as well.
Integration statusAidanta knows your range from your product feed — the CSV file that feed plugins for WooCommerce create in Google Shopping format. It finds suitable items even when customers ask in their own words, and can show them with an image, price and link.
With the planned WooCommerce integration, prices, variants and stock are to come live from your shop.
Shipping, payment methods, withdrawal, size charts, care instructions: Aidanta reads your store as a knowledge source and answers with your own information. Documents such as data sheets, catalogs or manuals come on top.
You review good answers from conversations and save them as knowledge for future chats.
Follow your chatbots’ conversations in one central overview. Take over chats yourself, hand off to colleagues and keep internal notes.
Take over, hand off to colleagues, hand back to the AI.
Open, ongoing and follow-up conversations in tabs.
Make replies shorter, friendlier or more formal — your team decides.
Current page, device, browser, language and location — plus details picked up from the conversation, such as order numbers.
Optionally handle website chats via Telegram too.
Give every shop its own chatbot with a matching identity. Share knowledge where it makes sense and maintain specifics per shop. Thanks to translation, your team can work in English and support customers in their own language.
« Ce canapé existe-t-il aussi en gris ? »
Team view: “Is this sofa also available in gray?” — Reply: “Yes, in light gray and anthracite.”
Maintain general knowledge once, specifics per shop. Each shop keeps its own identity.
A WooCommerce store runs on plugins: for feeds, legal texts, caching and cookies. Typical questions from store owners — and the answers.
Have it create a CSV file as well — Aidanta fetches it regularly, and your product cards stay up to date.
Shipping costs, delivery times and your cancellation policy are on your pages — Aidanta answers with your own information. The mandatory details in your store stay as they are.
The chat window also appears on cached pages — just clear the cache once after adding the snippet. If the plugin combines, minifies or delays scripts, exclude the snippet.
Whether WPML, Polylang or TranslatePress: Aidanta replies in the language your customers write in, and your team reads in its own. If your languages run on separate domains or subdomains, each gets its own chatbot — all in one account.
Before the first chat, the window asks for consent itself — with a record and the option to withdraw. It recognizes Cookiebot and Usercentrics directly; banners such as Borlabs Cookie or Real Cookie Banner can be connected.
The chat window comes with a short snippet and runs alongside your theme and plugins — without access to orders or customer data. The planned integration is also meant to be read-only.
With the WooCommerce integration, Aidanta is set to answer order questions just as it does for Shopify and PlentyONE: status, payment and shipping come straight from your store — and only once it’s clear that the order belongs to the person asking.
Until then, Aidanta says openly when it can’t see order data and refers the question to your team — instead of guessing. We’ll announce the integration’s progress under News.
PlannedPlanned: a dedicated WordPress plugin that replaces the snippet and brings the WooCommerce integration with it.

Credits don’t correspond to a fixed number of conversations. Translation, knowledge processing and text rewriting can use additional credits.
PricingNot yet — it is planned and is set to bring order information and live data from WooCommerce, as with Shopify and PlentyONE. Product advice with your feed, knowledge from your store pages and handover to your team are available to you today.
Aidanta says openly that it can’t see order data yet and refers the customer to your team — right in the chat or with your contact details, depending on your settings. With the planned integration, it is set to answer such questions itself.
A CSV file in Google Shopping format with product title and link, ideally with image, price and description. Feed plugins such as CTX Feed or Product Feed PRO create one; Aidanta fetches the file regularly from its address. “Google for WooCommerce” alone isn’t enough: it sends your products straight to Google and doesn’t create a file. Aidanta doesn’t read XML feeds at the moment.
With a short snippet from the portal — most easily via a plugin for custom scripts such as WPCode, without touching a theme file. Then clear the cache once. A dedicated Aidanta plugin is planned.
No. The planned integration is also meant to be read-only. Your team handles changes, cancellations and refunds — right in the same conversation if you like.
Yes. Your team takes over the conversation in the support workspace with the history so far, can pass it on to colleagues and hand it back to the AI.
You manage multiple chatbots and shops in one account, each with its own identity and rules. You maintain general knowledge once and specifics per shop. Aidanta advises customers in many languages — your team reads and writes in English.
Aidanta keeps answering whatever can be answered from your data. If a customer wants to hear back, the chat collects the necessary details and keeps the request visible for follow-up.
Every plan includes monthly AI credits. Replies, translation, knowledge processing and text rewriting use credits — so a fixed number of conversations isn’t guaranteed. You can check your usage in your account at any time and top up credits when needed.
Tell us about your store and product range. We’ll prepare a demo based on your typical customer questions.
